Lyle – Founder & CEO

Lyle Stotts is a combat-tested leader and strategic operator with a mission: to shake the funding industry to its core.
A two-time enlistee in the U.S. Army and veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Lyle served as the lead gunner for a Quick Reaction Force in eastern Kabul from 2013–2014. That same sense of urgency, discipline, and integrity now powers his work at LumenPoint Capital.
With a background as Vice President of Sales and a track record in private equity fundraising across the fintech space, Lyle has helped scale national sales operations, structure high-level deals, and guide growth across multiple sectors. But for him, numbers only matter if they help people.
Frustrated by the predatory, high-churn world of small business funding, Lyle launched LumenPoint to create real solutions for founders — not just offers. He’s here to serve American business owners with the same intensity and precision he once brought to protecting them on foreign soil.
Now based in Scottsdale and a proud father of three, Lyle leads with grit, accountability, and zero tolerance for shortcuts. He’s not just building another company — he’s building a new standard for how capital gets deployed in America.
